Break a Leg!

Ok, it is the 3rd anniversary of 9/11 and we happened to have a showcase tonight. I'm ok with the date, especially since most venues will likely scheduele a hip-hop event on Monday mornings just to free up scheduling for something else. But we're "urban soul". That's what I tell them, and look, we have a summer Saturday night. Mauri Sevier and Kaleidoscope. They always shine and the other artists are solid. The kicker is the logistics of everything. It's why I was in New York last week and why I am always on the phone working with advertisers, investors, and anyone that will lend a hand to be part of this spectacle. We'll tonight we've got cameras, digital displays, and I'm the MC. And if it's all eyes on us, it's certainly all eyes on me. This better be a great show. Showtime is 10:30. It's 7:15 now. I'm leaving now and should be there by 8PM. By 10:29 I'll have grey hair. But it's worth it, right? We will see.
